I think Atlanta is stuck in an infinite loop.
We can’t improve our roads and transit without money, but our crap roads and transit keep businesses away. Meanwhile, the legislature is too busy crossing its fingers for a Super Bowl Box to come up with a cogent transit plan. So basically, we can only move forward when someone gets the balls to, but the only balls coming into town are made of pigskin.
